Here's to hoping you are enjoying the day and the summer weather. Well, it has been a busy time in my life the last few weeks getting the new studio up and running, but a welcome break happened on Sunday. I got the call at midnight from my brother that my sister-in-law had gone into labor. About 14 hours later, the cutest little bundle arrived, my new little niece, Alexia Alexander.

Hope you are well and for my North American friends - hope you are enjoying this scorching heat! I will never complain about the heat because I'm not a fan of the cold weather. Say the word "January" and I involuntarily get the chills...lol!

Rapper Eminem has just revealed that it was really tough for him to admit that he had a substance abuse problem, (he was addicted to prescription drugs). He said in his line of work as a rapper, admitting you have a problem is basically saying you're weak, which is unaccepatable in the rap game.

Is it just me or do you agree it is fantastic that Chris Brown has been banned fom entering the UK because of his criminal record stemming from the incident with Rihanna last year? Chris was supposed to make his way to Great Britain for a small concert tour, but officials have decided not to let him into the country and he's had to cancel six shows.

Reports are out that actor Daniel Craig was seen locking lips with a man when he was out on the town in California a few weeks ago. The National Enquirer is claiming that two individuals saw Daniel kissing a man while in a bar called The Roosterfish. Now, before you laugh, the Enquirer as been on a bit of an accurate streak lately, they did break the story about John Edwards fathering a baby girl out of wedlock.

This talented young man, Greyson Michael Chance, is on fire since being discovered on his You Tube channel with a cover version of Lady GaGa's "Paparazzi."  In under two weeks he's gone from being an unknown 12 year old boy from Oklahoma to Ellen Degeneres' newest buddy. Check him out on her show the other day where he receives a call from his idol, Lady GaGa!

Is it just me or are you tired of hearing anything emit from the mouth of The View's Elisabeth Hasselbeck? It is beyond me why she still has a job on television. Haven't we suffered enough? Somehow she always manages to say something stupid, and she's done it again by making a huge faux pas against Dancing With The Stars contestant Erin Andrews.

There is a case in the news right now that has me very upset. A few days ago a school principal from Washington DC, Mr. Brian Betts, was found shot to death in his Maryland home. So far there seems to be no motive as police search madly for his killer.
