Dean shares how he got his start in dance, the importance of making a solid first impression, what it was like to be a part of the X-Factor UK and how his connection to Janet Jackson came to be. Dean also lets us know what it was like to be asked to choreograph for Janet, how he approached making a few changes to some of her iconic choreography and what Janet is like as a friend and colleague.
